MySBmail Help

The Teaching, Learning + Technology (TLT) Web site provides:

• A list of frequently-asked questions about MySBmail
• Instructions for how to migrate mail from the old Sparky webmail system over to MySBmail
• Mail forwarding information (how to forward MySBmail messages to another e-mail account)

Students who need further assistance should contact the TLT Student Consultant Help Desk via live chat, e-mail, or by phone at (631) 632-9602.

Faculty can request a MySBmail account by sending an e-mail to Sanjay Kapur in the Computing Center. Once an account is created, the faculty member uses their NetID and NetID password to log into the system at https://mysbmail.stonybrook.edu. Once the account is created, faculty should direct questions about MySBmail to Client Support via e-mail or telephone (631) 632-9800.
